Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Please read our entire scheduling and rescheduling policies prior to booking your class. These policies are strictly enforced for range operations and safety compliance.

All Bookings are Final & Non-Refundable

Once scheduled, all classes in all locations are non-refundable unless canceled at least 72 hours prior to the class start date. Because range occupancy is tightly limited by state student-to-coach ratios, empty seats directly prevent other students from learning to ride. We respond directly to all card chargebacks with these signed terms.

72+ Hours Before Class

You are allowed one (1) rescheduling opportunity completely free of charge. Full refunds are also permitted if you cancel outside this 72-hour window.

Within 72 Hours of Class

All payments become non-refundable. Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours require a $150 rescheduling fee to be paid before a new class date is scheduled.

Standby vs. Guaranteed spots

The standard $150 fee places you on a standby/space-available list. If you require a guaranteed immediate replacement spot, an additional $249 payment is required.

Dismissal for Dress Code

Arriving at the training range without the required gear (sturdy over-ankle boots, denim pants, long sleeves) results in range dismissal. A $150 rescheduling fee applies to return.

No-Call / No-Show Policy

If a student fails to show up on Day 1 or Day 2 of their training sessions, their tuition is fully forfeited.

To rebook, they must pay the standard $150 rescheduling fee and will be placed on the next available open standby list. This option is strictly limited to one (1) time only. Fails to attend the rescheduled class session require full current enrollment fees to rebook.

Limit of One Reschedule

The rescheduling options and credits carry no monetary value beyond your specific registration.

Any rescheduling credits are limited to a one-time allowance. If you are late, miss class, or fail to attend after using your single rescheduling credit, you will be required to pay the full standard course price to re-enroll. No further credits carry forward.
