Important Refund & Rescheduling Policy Summary

All class bookings are final and non-refundable unless canceled at least 72 hours before the start date. Any reschedule requested within 72 hours of class start time, or dismissal due to improper attire (e.g. missing sturdy over-the-ankle boots, denim pants, or long sleeve shirt), requires a $150 rescheduling fee to rebook. No-call / no-shows forfeit their tuition and require a $150 re-enrollment fee for any open standby spot (one-time limit). Spanish-language eCourse instructions are available.
